Shipping & Returns

Due to using only DHL and UPS shipping companies customers should expect to receive their orders in 3-4 working days

We pride ourselves on offering the fastest possible service to our customers. If you place your order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) then we will usually dispatch it the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

You can cancel your contract with us within 7 days starting the day after delivery. If you wish to cancel your contract with us to get return shipping details. For technical and safety reasons we ask that all returns be in the same, unopened condition as they were sent in. Please note that any products returned to us are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you receive proof of postage and also package the returns adequately in a strong box. Any refunds will be actioned within 30 days of cancellation of the contract. Exchanges will be actioned the same working day upon receipt of the original goods. Please note that returns can only be accepted within 30 days of the order being dispatched. Return requests made after this period of time will not be accepted. If your return request is accepted then you will need to return the products to us within 14 working days. Returns received after this time may not be accepted.

If you are claiming a refund you must first inform us. No refunds will be accepted without prior notification. A full refund can be claimed if you return the product within 30 days of purchase, and the refund will be made directly to your credit card within 2 weeks. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. With all returns, to be entitled to a full refund, products must be in an 'as new' condition and all free gifts must also be returned unless otherwise agreed. 25USD restocking fee will be applied for free shipped orders.
